How do I return an item?

30 Days - No Questions Asked.

� No Hoops To Jump Through.

� Frames are refunded the full amount minus the shipping cost if you had any.

� Exchanges are processed for the cost of Priority Mail shipping.

� Unfortunately, lenses can not be refunded because they are custom made. Same with custom clips.

� If you return within 30 days of receiving the item we don't charge a re-stocking fee.

� Simply e-mail or call 800-808-0895 for instructions.

� Because we have the internet's most liberal return policy, please allow up to 30 or 60 days
for credits to be issued.

Unfortunately, the following lines are not returnable: Lafont, J.F. Rey, Beausoliel, Oliver Peoples, Michael Kors, Dolabany, Prada and Versace.

We understand that returns are an important concern for you and we do everything possible
to make the experience a positive one.

If you wish to try more than one style and possibly return the other
please limit the order to two frames and call us first; we can help you narrow the choices.
