How do I return an item?


30 Days - No Questions Asked.

• No Hoops To Jump Through.

• Frames are refunded the full amount minus the shipping cost if you had any.

• Exchanges are proccessed for the cost of Priority Mail shipping.

• Unfortunately, lenses can not be refunded because they are custom made.

• If you return within 30 days of receiving the item we don't charge a re-stocking fee.

• Simply e-mail or call 800-808-0895 for instructions.

• Because we have the internet's most liberal return policy, please allow up to 60 or 90 days
for credits to be issued.

We understand that returns are an important concern for you and we do everything possible
to make the experience a positive one.

If you wish to try more than one style and possibly return the other
please limit the order to two frames and call us first; we can help you narrow the choices.
