Shipping Policy and Fees

All orders over $100 sent via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation (5-7 Day Delivery) receive FREE SHIPPING (by First Class only - not for International shipping). Please select FREE SHIPPING via USPS First Class when prompted at check-out. Other options will incur charges.*


USPS Shipping Fees

USPS First Class: $4.00 (5-7 business days delivery)

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days): $6.00

USPS Express Mail $22 (within the 50 US states) 1-2 day delivery

USPS International Express Mail $40 (trackable - 3-5 business days delivery

USPS International Priority Mail $25 (not trackable - 8-15 business days delivery)

USPS Canada Priority $14 (not trackable 6-10 business days)

USPS Canada Express $35 (trackable 3-5 business days)

**Please note: International shipments may incur duties/taxes/customs fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer



UPS Shipping Fees

UPS Ground (within 5-6 business days): $5 - $10*

UPS 2nd Day Air: $18 -$25*

Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that there may be times when a customer is not completely satisfied with a product they receive. Our policies are designed for swift responses and resolutions to most any circumstance.

Our policy is as follows:

  • We accept returns and exchanges on most products within 30 days with no re-stocking fee.


  • Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include: J.F. Rey, Beausoleil, Oliver Peoples, , Charmant, Kata, Michael Kors, Porsche, Prada, Versace, Burberry, BOSS, La Loop, Dolce and Gabbana, Gold and Wood, Maui Jim and clearance frames.


  • All returnable frames are refunded in full, shipping cost not included.

  • Lenses and custom clips are non-refundable because they are custom-made.



  • Exchanges for damaged products must be returned within 30 days of receipt with a copy of the invoice.


  • All exchanges are shipped to the customer via First class at no charge, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Customers may choose other postage for a fee if they wish to receive tracking on their order and/or faster shipping.

  • Damaged products have a one year warranty.




Terms and Conditions

  • All orders must be a minimum of $10.00.

  • USPS First Class and Priority Mail are only available within the United States.



  • Shipping time is recorded as the time when the shipment leaves the facility. This may be up to one week after the order is actually placed.

  • Please allow 30-60 days for all credits issued to be applied to your account.
